We take great pride in the craftsmanship of our diamond jewelry and want you to feel confident and delighted with every piece you purchase. If your item doesn’t meet your expectations for any reason, we offer a 30-day return or exchange policy from the date of delivery.
Hassle-Free Returns
You may return or exchange any eligible item within 30 days of receiving it, provided it is in its original, unworn condition. All returns must include original packaging, certificates (if applicable), and must be free from any signs of wear, alteration, or damage.
Important Return Guidelines:
- Condition: Returned items must be in “like-new” condition. Jewelry showing signs of wear, resizing, or modification by third parties will not be accepted.
- Packaging: Please ensure items are securely packaged and insured during return shipping. We cannot be held responsible for damage or loss during transit.
- Documentation: For loose diamonds, the original grading certificate must be included. A replacement fee will apply if this document is missing.
- International Orders: Returns from outside the country are welcome, but return shipping, duties, and taxes are the responsibility of the customer.
- Custom & Special Orders: Items that are made-to-order, customized, or engraved are considered final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.
- Non-Resizable Designs: Certain ring styles—such as eternity bands and tension settings—cannot be resized. We recommend confirming your correct ring size prior to purchase. Our team is happy to assist you with sizing guidance.
